Ian Chevrier, OTR/L
Hi, my name is Ian! I’m an occupational therapist and a graduate of Western Michigan University. I founded BlueBird Therapy and Wellness in 2023 after recognizing the need for patient-centered care, strong advocacy, and support for people to safely remain in their homes.
In my free time, I love spending time in the mountains with family, friends, and my dogs. Whether it’s hiking or snowboarding, I enjoy staying active and connected to the outdoors.
Heidi Hoisington, OTR/L
Hi, my name is Heidi! I’m an occupational therapist. I’m a South Dakota native and a graduate of University of South Dakota. My favorite part about being an occupational therapist in the home is being able to connect with the patients and assist them in meeting all their goals within their own environment and community.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters and husband. We are all busy bodies and try to spend our free time camping, hiking, biking, or swimming in the mountains.

Hello! I'm Faye your psych grad concierge, no I can't read minds! I'm likely someone you will speak with at least once during your client journey with us as I do handle most intakes and telehealth scheduling.
I have about a decade long experience working in client-facing roles in the US Healthcare industry; been a benefits & eligibility specialist, scheduler, admin assistant, patient care coordinator, provider assistant and concierge extraordinaire, so you're in good hands.
In my free time I join the local animal volunteer group's feeding rounds for the strays or I just go rogue and feed them myself. I save up most of the year to go on an adventure before year's end as I love the rush I get when I go and see places I've never been to. I feel like I'm an adventurer off on a quest in a foreign land.

Hi! My name is PR (Short for Paul Ryan). I am the Medical Biller who supports the BB Therapy company backend.
I have more than 10 years of experience working in the US Healthcare industry as an end-to-end revenue cycle management specialist.
Fun Facts about me: I graduated as BSIT(Bachelor of Science in Information Technology) but after I graduated from college I fell in love with medical coding and it became my bread and butter. I love playing volleyball, running, and watching action movies or anime during my free time, but most of the time I'm playing with my cute daughter.
